Q1: What is your refund policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Visit our full refund policy for more info.
Q2: Can I return the product?
Returns will be provided only if the item is defective or not as described. We wish to clearly specify that the customer shall have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us in case of refunds. However, in certain cases, where the refund is being provided due to a mistake by Dexotec, such cost shall be borne by us.
Q3: I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?
As per Trend & Social's Policy, you are eligible for a refund if your item has not been shipped yet and you email us to ask her to cancel the order. However, we charge a processing and restocking fee on such refunds which may vary from $6-10 (Depending upon the product ). Also, please note that in such situations it shall be the sole discretion of Trend & Social whether or not to grant a refund. In some cases, the refund may not be granted if the item was shipped before the customer support team could communicate with the shipping department (even if you ask for a refund immediately after placing your order.) We try our best to cancel such orders, but in special cases, your order may not be canceled.
Q4: My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
